Purely Sourced Ltd is a small family business based in the UK. All orders are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days after dispatch.

While delivery times are usually reliable, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruption or peak periods.

Packaging

All olive oil is bottled in dark glass to protect it from light and securely packed using air-shock protective bags and recycled packaging to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to assist.
